Compliance due diligence consists in generating the following:
- Validated incorporation certificates of Lessee and parent companies
- Comprehensive shareholding structure with details of all ultimate shareholders controlling over 10% of Lessee’s shares (either full structure or UBO) validated by a reliable third party (including Government agencies)
- Full detailed compliance check of all parties involved (companies and ultimate shareholders) to ensure that AMLAT (Anti Money Laundry and Anti Terrorism) requirements are satisfied. Process includes verification that there is no involvement in fraud, tax evasion, corruption, mafia, significant litigations and any wrong doing that could prevent from doing « ethical » business with Lessee
